'Angularwizard', 'Angular wizard' refer to angularwizard.in website and its Associates and/or Affiliates.
'KSoft', 'KSoft Consultancy' refer to ksoftconsultancy.com website and its Associates and/or Affiliates.
'We', 'Us' refer to Angularwizard and its Associates and/or Affiliates'.
'Website', 'Web Application' refers to Angularwizard and its Associates website and/or its parts.
'You' refers to the visitor/user of the Website. It may also include Clients, Associates, Customers, Affiliates of the user if applicable.
'Third Party' refers to entities other than 'You' and our associate/affiliate/group referred as 'We'.
'Generated Code' would refer to the all the code generated by Angularwizard and its Associates and related services.
'Services' include the facility of Code Generation and the 'Generated Code'.

Summary

We provide Generated Code under two types of licenses: 1) Personal License 2) Commerical License. Personal License is intended for non-commerical, non-public, non-sharable, personal use of the Generated Code. Commercial Use of the Generated Code is allowed with Commercial License. Other terms and conditions are applicable to BOTH the licenses. Please use 'Biz Connect' menu to reach us if you need any further information about Licensing.

License

1. Personal License

Personal License allows use of the Generated Code for Personal Use Only . Commercial Use is strictly prohibited under Personal License. The Generated Code would belong to angularwizard and angularwizard would have all the intellectual property rights, including copyright to it. Generated Code or any part of it cannot be shared with third parties. Publishing Generated Code or any part of it is not allowed. It is strictly meant for personal consumption such as learning or as a preview (subject to other restrictions mentioned herein) to decide if it is suitable for commerical purpose.

2. Commercial License

Commercial License allows you to make commercial use of the Generated Code subject to the other terms and restrictions as specified in this document. You get all the intellectual property rights to it, including Copyright. Angularwizard would need information and/or one or more copies of such code as necessary to provide you the best of the services as deemed necessary by angularwizard. You explicitly grant us necessary rights and permissions for this purpose. (An example of such usage would be to provide you facility to again download the Generated Code should your copy become inaccessible to you.)

Your Responsibilities

a) General

It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of the Services we offer is compliant with laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. Use of our Services in any manner that violates any law, rule or regulation is strictly prohibited.

b) Related to the Generated Code

You are solely responsible for the use and consequences of the Generated Code. You explicitly agree not to make use of Generated Code for any illegal or unauthorised or unethical purpose. You explicitly understand that there are absolutely no warrenties or guarentees about the Generated Code. It is entirely your responsibility to make sure to verify the Generated Code and satisfy yourself about the suitablity the Generated Code before making use of it. Sometimes, we may not be able to deliver Generated Code (typically due to incorrect input) or there may be delays. You understand this risk and explicitly agree not to seek any compensation should such a situation arise.

Limitations of Liabilities

Angularwizard and its Associates are in no way responsible for any loss or damage to you or your client or anyone arising out of use of the Generated Code. We provide source code only. You are solely responsible for its use and subsequent consequences. Angularwizard and its Associates or its affiliates have absolutely no liability airisng out of any use of Generated Code. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all loss, cost, expense or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of a claim (including intellectual property rights violation claims) by a third party based upon your use of the Generated Code. You understand and agree that Angularwizard and its Associates or its affiliates cannot be a party to any disputes arising out of the use of the Generated Code.

How We Use Your Account/Profile Information

We do NOT sell your details for monetory considerations. Your information may be shared within our Associate or Affiliate group. We use your email to notify you about your order processing. You may also receive occasional emails about new features, faclities, chages etc related to our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Other

In case of any ambiguity over the meaning of terms and conditions, the interepretation of Angularwizard would be final and binding. The terms of service and privacy policy are subject to change without notice. We reserve right to accept or reject an order or account. Everything subject to jusrisdiction of Mumbai.
